Since SeriousWorker.com is Ugandan based freelancer market place, We support Local payment Methods like MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money. Additionally we offer Visa and Mastercard
All Our subscribers have a right to opt out of their membership plan incase the want to cancel and go, or to upgrade their membership Plan to a higher one.
Employers who are not satisfied with the done work can quickly reach out to admin through available communication channels and refund would be made back into their account.
Your receipt of purchase will be sent to you in an email, immediately after transaction.
All you need to start working with us is an account. To create an account is free, after account registration, make sure you verify your account so that you enable withdraw
The minimum amount to withdrawal from the account is 50,000 Ugx. Before you initiate a withdrawal, make sure your payment method ( Mobile Money and Bank ) details are saved very well. Then withdrawl from your account. Withdraws are paid in to Freelancers on a weekly basis every Friday by close of the day.
